In a stark rebuke, Russia has condemned Isr@el’s ongoing military actions against Iran, branding them “blatantly illegal” and warning that such aggression is dragging the world closer to the brink of a nuclear disaster.
The Russian Foreign Ministry issued a fiery statement Tuesday, accusing Tel Aviv of destabilizing the Middle East and flouting international law with its repeated strikes on Iranian territory.
“Isr@el’s unlawful attacks on Iran are not acts of self-defense—they are deliberate escalations that could plunge the world into a nuclear catastrophe,” the statement read.
Moscow urged immediate de-escalation, cautioning that continued provocation between nuclear-capable powers and their allies could trigger “irreversible global consequences.”
This comes amid rising global alarm over the intensifying conflict, as Iran vows retaliation and regional powers brace for fallout. Russia, a longstanding ally of Tehran, called on the United Nations and major world powers to intervene diplomatically before it’s too late.
With tensions reaching a boiling point, Moscow’s message is clear: the world is teetering on the edge—and Isr@el’s actions could be the spark that lights the nuclear fuse.
