In a bold and unprecedented statement, a top Iranian military official has called on the people of Israel to seize what he described as a “historic opportunity” to overthrow Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Speaking during a televised address, the unnamed official warned that continued support for Netanyahu would only deepen Israel’s isolation and expose its cities to further devastation amid rising regional tensions.
“This is your moment,” he declared. “Remove the one leading you to ruin — save your families, save your future.”
The provocative statement underscores the escalating rhetoric between Tehran and Tel Aviv, as Iran positions itself as both critic and challenger to Netanyahu’s war-time leadership. Israel’s government has yet to officially respond to the remarks.
