As different section in the country grabble with distinct security challenges bordering insecurity, banditry, cattle rustling, kidnapping for ransom, cessation and others, Yobe state continue to recover through calmness and restoration of public confidence.
All the achieved goals has to attributed to untiring, restless and focus Gov. Alhaji Mai Mala Nuni, who’s resilient, commitments and purposeful stewardship led to the achieved successes.
Gov. Buni represents the very essence of patriotic service, efforts have saved countless lives and restored confidence in our collective resolve to defeat insecurity.
It was noticable that Gov. Buni and his lieutenants face the daunting security challenges with all strength highlighting the relentless commitment to restoring peace across Yobe which has won the accorlates for state administration from citizens, security agencies, and traditional institutions among others.
The Governor became a pillar of strength and strategy in Yobe State, under the guidance of Gov. Buni, transformations have been noticed by changing the state’s grassroots security architecture, empowering local vigilante groups, bridging gaps between military formations and the civilian population, and restoring trust in the government’s ability to protect lives and property.
His leadership has been instrumental in reclaiming territories once considered volatile. Communities in Gujba, Geidam, and parts of Tarmuwa now enjoy a growing sense of stability, thanks to decisive actions and robust security frameworks initiated under his watch.
As Yobe moves forward, the state acknowledges and celebrates peaceful coexistence, business growth, seamless educational activities at all levels through uninterrupted school calenders, increased access to health services under Gov. Buni, we must acknowledged his supporters.
Those aides especially behind Brig. Gen. Dahiru Abdulsalam (Rtd), the Senior Special Assistant on Security Matters to Governor Mai Mala Buni, CON, who was considered a trusted sentinel focusing toward safeguarding state’s future.
With years of military expertise and an unshakable dedication to duty, the retired General has spearheaded numerous operations that have dismantled threats, strengthened intelligence coordination, and brought hope to communities long plagued by insurgency.
Yobe is sleeping better tonight because the Hero of the Moment never sleeps.
