YOBE — In a renewed push to fast-track infrastructural development, the Executive Governor of Yobe State, Hon. Mai Mala Buni, CON, COMN, today embarked on a comprehensive inspection of major road projects in Damaturu, the state capital.
Governor Buni visited the ongoing Maisandari to Gambir road project as well as the vital 5-kilometre township road network linking Moduri, Ben Kalio, and Don Etibet Housing Estates. While inspecting the projects, the Governor charged contractors to accelerate the pace of work and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
“These roads are crucial links that will ease movement, open up communities, and support our housing and urban development plans,” Buni said.
The inspection underscores the administration’s commitment to delivering tangible infrastructure that improves lives and strengthens economic connectivity across the state.
