The Katsina State Government Protocol Team has taken a bold step toward elevating its service standards with its participation in a high-impact capacity-building workshop titled “Enhancing Quality Service Delivery Through Contemporary Protocol Management and Global Business Intelligence.”
Held in Abuja from May 21st to 23rd, 2025, the three-day training, organized by April 25th Communication, brought together protocol professionals from across Nigeria’s public institutions.
Katsina’s delegation featured top protocol experts, including Umar Bishir Ibrahim, Director General of Protocol at the Governor’s Office; Isah Falalu Duwan, Director of Protocol for the State Government; and Ahmad Muhammad Musa, Chief Protocol Officer to the Wife of the Governor, Hajiya Fatima Dikko Radda.
The workshop equipped participants with global best practices in protocol management and strategic intelligence, positioning Katsina to better coordinate high-level engagements and enhance its image on national and international platforms.
This development reflects Governor Dikko Umaru Radda’s commitment to professionalism and international collaboration in public service delivery.
