In a stunning development intensifying regional tensions, Pakistan has officially confirmed the visual identification of all six Indian fighter jets it claims to have shot down in recent clashes. Military officials revealed that debris from the aircraft has been recovered and verified, marking what they call a “decisive defensive victory.”

“This confirmation is based on direct visual evidence and forensic assessment from multiple crash sites,” a top Pakistani defense spokesperson stated during a press briefing Tuesday. Images of the wreckage have reportedly been documented and may be made public in the coming days.

The incident, which unfolded amid heightened hostilities along the contested border region, marks one of the most significant escalations between the two nuclear-armed neighbors in recent years.

India has yet to issue a full statement on the claimed losses, though sources in New Delhi have dismissed Pakistan’s figures as “exaggerated and unverified.”

The international community is calling for restraint as fears of a broader conflict loom.
