Empowering Royal Roots: 22 SUVs Gifted to Kaduna Monarchs in Landmark Federal-State Initiative

In a bold display of respect and recognition for Nigeria’s traditional institutions, 22 brand-new SUVs were today presented to first and second class traditional rulers in Kaduna State, marking a significant milestone in the ongoing collaboration between the Federal Government, the National Assembly, and the Kaduna State Government.

The initiative, led in partnership with Governor Uba Sani and with the full backing of the National Assembly, represents the second phase of this royal empowerment drive—the first having taken place in Zaria during the holy month of Ramadan.

“This is more than a donation—it’s a declaration of respect, recognition, and results,” the lead official remarked. “Our traditional rulers are not just custodians of culture; they are agents of peace, unity, and stability. Supporting them is an investment in the very soul of our society.”

The gesture, warmly received by the royal fathers, reinforces the administration’s commitment to people-oriented governance and the strengthening of cultural heritage.

As Nigeria navigates complex social and security challenges, this latest effort underscores the essential role of traditional leaders in fostering harmony and development from the grassroots.
