Katsina State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC, Commandant Aminu Datti Ahmad, has commended his operatives for their unwavering dedication in ensuring a peaceful Sallah celebration across the state.
In a post-celebration security assessment, Commandant Ahmad praised the professionalism and diligence exhibited by NSCDC personnel before, during, and after the festivities. He urged them to sustain the momentum in safeguarding lives, property, and national assets.
“I am very pleased with your performance during the Sallah operations. Your dedication and cooperation in promoting safety and security are highly commendable,” he stated.
Highlighting the increasing threats posed by vandals in the scrap market, the Commandant stressed the need for intensified efforts to protect Critical National Assets and Infrastructure.
He also called on the people of Katsina State to support the Corps with credible intelligence to combat crime, warning criminals that Katsina is no longer a safe haven for unlawful activities.
