Inferno Ravages Gusau Central Market, Traders Cry for Help

A devastating fire has engulfed sections of Gusau Central Market in Zamfara State, reducing shops and goods worth millions of naira to ashes.

Eyewitnesses report that the inferno erupted an hour ago, spreading rapidly through numerous stalls before traders and residents could intervene. Efforts to contain the blaze have been frantic, but the flames continue to rage in some parts of the market.

Distraught traders have made urgent appeals to the Zamfara State Fire Service and authorities for immediate intervention to salvage what remains of their livelihoods.
