Operating from Tsaskiya Forest in Safana LGA, Jan Kare leads a ruthless gang responsible for deadly attacks, kidnappings, and cattle rustling. His criminal network has crippled communities in Danmusa, Safana, Dutsin-Ma, Kurfi, and Matazu, where he allegedly imposes levies and orchestrates violent raids.
In response, security forces are intensifying efforts to dismantle his network and restore peace. Authorities are urging residents to provide credible intelligence to aid his capture.
