Katsina State Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda today paid a courtesy visit to the newly appointed Executive Secretary of the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Aisha Garba, at her office in Abuja.
The Governor warmly congratulated Aisha Garba on her appointment and discussed potential collaborations between Katsina State and UBEC to drive impactful educational initiatives.
