The Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs has reaffirmed its commitment to working with key stakeholders to make Katsina State crime-free. Commissioner Dr. Nasiru Mu’azu Danmusa made this declaration during a courtesy visit from Katsina Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Alhaji Aliyu Ma’aji.
Dr. Danmusa highlighted the Ministry’s collaborative efforts with security agencies to curb banditry, criminal activities, and road traffic violations. He emphasized that Governor Dikko Umaru Radda’s administration remains dedicated to creating a safer Katsina for all residents.
“The Federal Road Safety Corps has a crucial role in the fight against crime, particularly in addressing road-related violations that can escalate into security risks,” Dr. Danmusa noted.
Alhaji Aliyu Ma’aji expressed the FRSC’s readiness to align with the Ministry’s vision. He praised the Ministry for uniting security stakeholders and pledged the Corps’ support in restoring lasting peace to the state.
This partnership marks another stride in Governor Radda’s mission to safeguard Katsina and strengthen inter-agency cooperation for a secure future.
