As the festive season begins, the Katsina State Police Command has rolled out robust security measures to ensure peaceful Christmas and New Year celebrations.
The Commissioner of Police has deployed additional personnel across strategic locations, including places of worship, event centers, and public spaces. This proactive approach aims to safeguard residents, visitors, and the Christian faithful celebrating the season.
In a stern warning, the command cautioned mischief makers, including the infamous “Kauraye” and other hoodlums, against any acts of troublemaking. “The command, in collaboration with other security agencies, is fully prepared to deal decisively with any attempts to disrupt public order,” stated Police PRO ASP Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu.
