In a major breakthrough, operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) have captured a notorious Boko Haram fighter, Isah Jafaru, famously known as “Nabida.” The fugitive, who had fled the North-East region, was apprehended in Ekiti State after an intense manhunt by the NSCDC’s Special Forces.
According to reliable sources, Jafaru relocated to Ekiti to evade ongoing military operations in the North-East. The NSCDC tracked his movements following credible intelligence reports. His arrest marks a significant victory in the fight against insurgency, demonstrating the agency’s expanding reach and operational efficiency.
