Yobe state Governor Hon. Mai Mala Buni CON Buni has presented the 2025 budget of N320.811, 000.00 to the state assembly.
The sum of N176, 964,213,000 representing 55.1% allocated to capital expenditure while, the sum of N144, 036,787,000.00 representing 44.9% allocated to recurrent expenditure.
Education, Healthcare delivery, roads, women and youth empowerment to receive priority attention.
In his speech after receiving the budget, the speaker of the state house Assembly Hon Chiroma Buba Mashio said, the house will work on the budget and financial bills to pass it in a short time.
