The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Katsina State Command, Commandant Jamilu A. Indabawa, along with the entire Command, is in deep shock over the sudden demise of CC Ahmed Alhassan Danfulani, a Senior Management Staff officer at the College for Peace and Disaster Management Katsina.
CC Ahmed Alhassan Danfulani, who headed Administration and Personnel at NSCDC College for Peace and Disaster Management Katsina, passed away early today after a brief illness.
Born in 1968 in Nassarawa Village, Katagun LGA, Azare District, Bauchi State, Late Ahmed Alhassan joined the Corps as a Commission Officer in 2005. His dedication, commitment, and academic excellence earned him promotions, and he pursued studies at prestigious institutions like Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, and Federal University of Technology Minna.
Throughout his career, Late CC Danfulani held significant roles, including Acting Jigawa State Commandant, Head of Admin. Ekiti State Command, Head of Crisis Management, and Head of Admin. Katsina State Command.
Commandant Indabawa praised the late Commandant Danfulani for his discipline and the highest level of integrity, extending condolences to the family and friends and praying for the repose of his soul.
Late CC Ahmed Alhassan Danfulani was laid to rest at the cemetery of Matawalle Village, Batagarawa LGA in Katsina State, following Islamic rites.
